If you find any damages on the items received, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the items for a RA for store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only.
We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 3 day time frame outlined above. After we get your package, you will receive an online store credit which we will apply onto your next purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In order to receive an authorization number for your damaged items, please send us an email at hello@shoprehablab.com within 3 days of receipt of goods with the following information:
• Company Name
• Address
• Invoice Number
• Style Number
• Quantity & Color
• Reason for Return
Please note:
• “Sale Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned.
• The buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping charges.
• www.shoprehablab.com will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER indicated dates.
• Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise with all parts included.
